ABS pneumatic conveying
Shandong Dongkai can provide turnkey projects for the process demonstration, design, equipment production, equipment installation, and system debugging of copolymer ABS pneumatic conveying systems based on the actual production and on-site layout of copolymer ABS materials.
ABS plastic is a ternary copolymer of three monomers: acrylonitrile (A), butadiene (B), and styrene (S). Its molecular formula can be written as (C8H8 · C4H6 · C3H3N) x, and the relative content of the three monomers can be arbitrarily changed to produce various resins.
ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene copolymer) is a thermoplastic with the following physicochemical properties:
Chemical structure:
A ternary copolymer composed of three monomers, acrylonitrile (A), butadiene (B), and styrene (S), with a molecular formula of (C ₈ H ₈ · C ₄ H ₆ · C ∝ H ∝ N) ₓ. The proportions of the three monomers can be adjusted to meet different performance requirements.
Physical characteristics:
Appearance: Opaque ivory colored granules, non-toxic and odorless.
Mechanical properties: It combines high strength, toughness, and rigidity, with a tensile strength of 3563MPa, elongation of 2040%, and yield point characteristics.
Thermal performance: The operating temperature range is -20 ° C to 80 ° C, and it can withstand higher temperatures in the short term.
Electrical performance: Good electrical insulation and high surface resistivity.
Processability: Easy to process and shape, supporting various processes such as injection molding, blow molding, extrusion, etc.
Special characteristics
Chemical stability: resistant to ordinary acids, bases, and oils, but strong oxidants can cause it to decompose.
Surface treatment: Can be chrome plated or spray painted, with excellent glossiness.
