Bean skin pneumatic conveying
Shandong Dongkai can provide turnkey projects for the process demonstration, design, equipment production, equipment installation, and system debugging of the bean skin pneumatic conveying system based on the actual production and usage site layout of the bean skin material.
Soybean hulls are mainly composed of cellulose, hemicellulose, and lignin, accounting for about 80% of the total. Among them, cellulose has the highest content (about 58% -68%). In addition, it also contains a small amount of protein (about 0.71% -0.72% in dry matter), fat (2.7%), minerals (0.57% calcium, 0.15% phosphorus), and vitamins.
microstructure
Scanning electron microscopy shows that the surface of ultrafine soybean skin fibers is smooth and the structure is regular. The ultrafine treatment makes its structure more uniform, which is beneficial for improving the utilization rate of dietary fiber.
Physical characteristics:
Moisture content: about 9% -10%, lower than bran (15%)
Crude fiber content: 32% -37%, higher than bran (5% -12%)
Texture: The texture is relatively hard and suitable as a feed additive
