White soil pneumatic conveying
Shandong Dongkai can provide turnkey projects such as process demonstration, design, equipment production, equipment installation, and system debugging for clay pneumatic conveying systems based on the actual production and usage site layout of clay materials.
White soil is often closely related to changes in salt content in the soil. For example, calcium carbonate, sodium carbonate, sodium chloride, sodium sulfate and other salts, as well as kaolin and aluminum hydroxide appearing in powder form in soil, may cause the soil to appear slightly white in color, mainly concentrated in western China. White clay is a grayish white granular powder with a large specific surface area and pore volume. It has special adsorption and ion exchange properties, strong decolorization ability and activity, and good stability after decolorization. Mainly used in the petroleum industry, it can adsorb unsaturated hydrocarbons, sulfides, colloids, asphaltene and other unstable substances and colored substances of petroleum minerals such as paraffin and lubricating oil. Generally speaking, clay refers to active clay and acidic clay.
Activated clay is an adsorbent made from clay (mainly bentonite) as raw material, which is treated with inorganic acidification, rinsed with water, and dried. It has the appearance of a milky white powder, odorless, tasteless, non-toxic, and has strong adsorption performance. It can adsorb colored substances and organic substances. It is easy to absorb moisture in the air, and placing it for too long will reduce its adsorption performance. However, when heated above 300 degrees Celsius, the crystal water begins to lose, causing structural changes and affecting the fading effect. Activated clay is insoluble in water, organic solvents, and various oils, almost completely soluble in hot caustic soda and hydrochloric acid, with a relative density of 2.3-2.5, and has minimal swelling in water and oil.
Activated clay is widely used for decolorization and refining of mineral oils, animal and vegetable fats, wax making, and organic liquids. It can also be used as a moisture desiccant, an alkaline detoxifier for oral medication, an adsorbent for vitamins A and B, a contact agent for lubricating oil, a gas phase refining agent for gasoline, etc. It can also be used as a medium temperature polymerization catalyst, a high-temperature polymerization agent, and a raw material for manufacturing granular clay.
Acidic clay, also known as natural bleached clay, is a type of bentonite that is naturally occurring and has bleaching properties. It is a white, white gray clay mainly composed of montmorillonite, sodium feldspar, and quartz, and is a type of bentonite.
