The fully automatic unpacking and conveying of ton packages or small packages of materials is a technology that hoists the package materials to the unpacking machine position through the crane or hoisting hoist. After manual unpacking or automatic bag breaking, the materials are transported from one point to another using compressed air or pneumatic power. The structure is composed of the hoisting system, dust removal system, silo system, air source system, conveying pipeline system, control system, etc. the product has simple, novel, special structural design, diverse functions, and has the functions of environmental protection and pollution-free, physical processing assistance, environmental protection and pollution-free, automatic control, closed transportation, etc.

The equipment is composed of the following core modules:

1. automatic feeding system: tons of bags are transported to the feeding port of the unpacker by forklift or electric hoist, compatible with 50-1000kg bag type;

2. clamping and bag breaking mechanism: the mechanical arm automatically grabs the ton bag and fixes it. The built-in rotary cutter or cutter system can quickly break the bag opening. At the same time, it is equipped with a racket breaking caking device to ensure the smooth falling of materials;

3. material output and recovery system: after the bag is broken, the material is transported to the next process through the closed chute, pipe chain conveyor or bucket elevator, and the empty bag is separated and recovered by the automatic decoupling device to reduce material waste;

4. intelligent control system: it integrates PLC control, visual monitoring, automatic weighing and sampling functions, supports one key start and stop, fault alarm and environmental parameter monitoring, and realizes unmanned operation in the whole process.
